Love this place! I usually get the specials. Pot Roast, Chop Suey, Turkey Dinner, Fish & Chips. The meals are massive and tasty. Love the clam chowder. It comes in a HUGE bowl. The Home-made hash omelet is wicked good. The ladies that run the place are always super cool. Great fresh food. Even if there is a line, it moves ultra fast.
Food tastes and looks great, with even better service, even though the place is always filled to the brim you get in fast. Ambiance is like a classic American diner great atmosphere, warm and welcoming.
Had a yummy breakfast here this morning. Got Jeff's Hash and a slice of French toast. Coffee was good. Looking forward to going back and trying the stuffed French toast!
One of the best breakfast spots we found up here. The food was great, we had, scrabbled eggs, Pancakes, waffles and egg sandwiches, bacon and sausage, with a never ending supply of coffee. The service is fantastic and really friendly. We need these types diners back in New York. They only take cash but the prices are really great. You will not be disappointed.. PS if you are vegan, this is not the place for you.
I have heard rave reviews for Lou Roc's for years. Be prepared for a short wait in line. Busy place. Very generous portions and excellent prices. Friendly, efficient staff. Excellent home fries and bacon! Quite a bit of parking, typical diner decor and vibe. Will return for sure. Highly recommended.

If I asked someone,"Take me to a great classic style diner with great service and some amazing touches that aren't way out there", I'd end up here. A solid presence in the area for longer than I remember. The service has always been amazing. Whether booth service with my family or doing solo at the counter, always attentive. They know their Worcester crowd and satisfy. The food is always hot or cold the way it should be. Fresh. Delicious. Servings are generous without bogging you down. The homemade has is thing of beauty. Price is reasonable. Just me, ~$30. With family (4), maybe ~$65 with tip. Can get crazy on a Sat morning so plan on a short wait. Best diner around.
Beyond the real thing! Sometimes fortune smiles on you! We must have done something right to end up here today! Came to this place out of chance at we had an amazing meal and the service was just as amazing! No a fancy dinner but simple sandwiches and chili. The chili is Genuine homemade with the most amazing chips homemade of course. I had the pastrami and cheese sandwich grilled with french fries. The sandwich was made with such love and a perfectly mix of hot, melted cheese, and beautiful pastrami. The bread was dark, pumpernickel and grilled to perfection. The french fries were wonderfully fresh and hot. Just perfect. My wife had a very nice white tuna sandwich on a beautiful roll ... So the service. Felt like you were at home in this place. Almost everyone came over to see if we needed anything to eat, did we like the food, Can I get you a fresh drink? Do you need more napkins etc. etc. just charming and nice people. Talked to us about the local area what was going on even and recommended some other good restaurants. Seriously, one of the most enjoyable meals I've had in a very long time. We will be back again and again.
Some places live up to their hype and Lou Roc's is definitely one of them. If you're craving a warm, feeling traditional breakfast, this place is definitely the spot. I was impressed with the quantity of serving size and the service provided once I was seated. Displays definitely gets super so you definitely want to arrive early especially if coming with a group. I gave a four out of five stars instead of five simply because the weight for a table was a bit on organized. There's no formal whitelist just a line of people waiting out the door, it seemed a bit inefficient. Despite this, however, I was able to get a seat quickly at the bar and had the best breakfast have had since moving to Worcester! Also, just a heads up, this place is cash only. Will definitely be returning in the future!
